- Name: (do not use a nickname here, your first name and your surname is sufficient)
- Country: (France, UK, USA, Germany, Brazil, ...)
- Category(ies): (Primary, Sportsman, Intermediate, Advanced, Unlimited and/or Freestyle)
- Simulator: (FS9, FSX, P3D, XP9, XP10, XP11, Aerofly)
- Aircraft: (registration and type)
- E-mail: (your e-mail address if it is different of current return address)
- Attachment: (Videos of your flight if you have them at this time)
You can send me the data whenever you want before start your "Unknown" programme.
